As we scale aggressively, paid social is a core growth engine and creative is the single biggest lever. This role exists to ensure we never lose momentum!

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Intelligence Strategist (Paid Social) to own the discovery, evaluation, and sourcing of high-performing creative across social platforms.

This is not a content creation role.

This is a pattern-recognition, taste, and signal-detection role.

You will spend your time deeply immersed in TikTok and Instagram, identifying content and formats that are already working, understanding why they work, and turning those insights into scalable paid creative.

You’ll work directly with our growth and creative teams to ensure we always have fresh, high-conviction creative ready to test and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Identify trends and high-performing, native content/copies across TikTok and Instagram with strong paid potential

• Spot emerging creative patterns, hooks, and formats before they become saturated

• Source and outreach creators whose content aligns with Alinea’s brand and performance goals

• Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams to refine sourcing strategy based on performance data

• Upload creatives/posts to social platforms

• Continuously raise the quality bar for what enters our paid creative pipelineWhat We’re Looking For

• Exceptional taste and intuition for what performs in paid social

• Strong pattern recognition you can articulate why something works, not just that it does

• Comfort operating at high volume: sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, and organization

• Scrappy, independent operator who can move fast without hand-holding

• Highly organized and attentive to detail - you can manage naming, uploading videos to socials, links, and assets without missing a beatWhat Success Looks Like

In the first 30 days:

• Consistently source and license 20–25+ high-quality pieces of creative per week

• Deliver a steady flow of fresh creative for paid testing

• Contribute content that becomes repeatable, scalable winners

• Responsible for uploading posts to social platforms

• Fully integrate into our project management system and operate within our existing workflows, standards, and naming conventions.

• Ideate and source the production of 5 winning concepts

• Build a clear feedback loop between creative sourcing and performance resultsWhy This Role Matters
