About AlineaAlinea is on a mission to empower the next generation to pursue their life's biggest dreams by democratizing financial intelligence. What started as a class project is now an investing platform with over 3 million downloads.
We're growing quickly, and the way we communicate with our users is a critical part of that growth. We're looking for a Compliance Associate to help ensure our marketing, social content, creator partnerships, and customer communications are clear, accurate, and compliant — without slowing down the teams building them.
About the RoleAs Alinea's Compliance Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of compliance, marketing, growth, and product.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day compliance review of Alinea's marketing and communications across channels — from TikToks and Instagram posts to influencer campaigns, emails, push notifications, landing pages, and in-app experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their compliance career who wants to learn quickly and take meaningful ownership. You'll work closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and partner directly with Alinea's Growth, Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
The right person doesn't just identify compliance issues. You'll help teams understand the rules, find practical solutions, and build systems that allow Alinea to move quickly while communicating responsibly with millions of users.

Over time, you'll take increasing ownership of the marketing compliance review process — helping us move from reviewing every piece of content from scratch toward scalable guidelines, templates, and systems that allow teams to operate confidently and independently.
You'll know you're succeeding when the business can move faster because compliance is involved.
