About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with at least 2 years of experience to help craft seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design workflows that simplify complex processes, ensuring our tools are easy to use and effective for our customers.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Product Design process, conducting secondary and primary research to understand problem space and evaluate your solutions, prototyping at different levels of fidelity, and delivering high-fidelity designs to the development team.

  • Conduct research, define user needs, and design intuitive solutions that enhance the scanning, visualization, and property data workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs, providing design specifications and assets as needed.
  • Clearly and concisely articulate design thinking process and methodologies, present prototypes and other artifacts to influence stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and evolve InsideMaps’ design system to ensure a cohesive experience across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with design systems and design tokens to ensure scalability and consistency across different products.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Experience designing complex workflows and simplifying user interactions.
  • Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
