The Opportunity:

To continue fueling our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Technology Sales Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with residential real estate agents, demonstrating the value of our 3D tour technology, and closing deals to expand our market presence in the Atlanta region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the residential real estate market in Atlanta.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to real estate agents, showcasing the benefits of our 3D tour technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our technology.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales or real estate technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Atlanta real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
