About Design Team
We are a small, specialized team of Designers, Content Creators, Community Managers and Marketing Managers with a passion for digital art and community building. We create digital products, including web and mobile applications for digital painting and we want to spread the news about it!
Our team is distributed across the globe, from South-East Asia, through Europe and Africa, to the West Coast of North America. You'll work with partner teams and stakeholders in these regions to shape the direction of our platform and its integrations.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for Marketing who shares our passion for digital art, illustration, gaming, and innovations in these fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital storytelling experiences
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and elevate brand guidelines
Create visually dynamic and engaging interactive graphics for various digital platforms; develop and produce animated GIFs and motion graphics that align with marketing goals
Edit and produce videos for marketing campaigns, including social media, conferences, and site content
Design, deploy and maintain visually compelling websites and landing pages, with a focus on user experience, responsiveness, and engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce social media campaign assets on a weekly basis
Sync with the product team to create motion graphics for new product releases, as well as visual assets for product initiatives
Create and update email templates that align with brand messaging and visual identity
Develop eye-catching booth designs, promotional signage, and coveted swag items for conferences and events
Design and manage the visual experiences for contests and community games
Update and design partnership materials, ensuring alignment with partner brands and guidelines
Produce and publish user testimonials and case studies, emphasizing visual storytelling
Work closely with growth marketing teams to create and A/B test design iterations
Organize company marketing design system and library of artworks for easy access by the team
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of design fundamentals: color, typography, composition, form with strong demonstrable portfolio including both vector & raster examples
Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling in design
Proven experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio showcasing website, conference, social media campaigns, motion graphics and video editing
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
Expertise in both Figma and Framer for designing and prototyping digital experiences
Experience in designing interactive and responsive web pages, with a focus on user engagement
Ability to produce high-quality social media assets (posts, engaging thumbnails) and familiarity with various social platform rules and requirements
Skills in video editing and producing content for digital marketing campaigns
Familiarity with growth marketing techniques, including A/B testing design iterations
Experience in designing event materials, including booths, signage, and giveaways for conferences
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work with team members and customers in different timezones
Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Bonus Points:
Demonstrable understanding of digital painting
Prior experience working with graphical tablets like Wacom
Interest in the art/gaming community with a strong understanding of its design language and trends
