  • This role will be focused on video outreach. You will be responsible for sending the majority of your sales outreach via video - loom, DM videos, etc

Demonstrate your understanding of the influencer economy:

  • You will be focused on selling and reaching out to influencers. You will need to have a solid understanding of social media, e-commerce, and influencer marketing to be able to create compelling outreach to influencers

About the Role:

We are seeking a relentless partnerships lead who will spearhead our sales efforts to the biggest creators in the fitness market. You'll be the driving force behind our ultra-premium outreach strategy, focusing on building relationships with industry-leading talent and securing partnerships with the biggest fitness creators in the world.

**We are open to this being a part-time or full-time role depending on your needs. For example, if you are a fitness creator yourself, we can structure this role to fit into your existing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Research, curate, and stay on top of a target list of the top creators
  • Build and nurture a robust network within the fitness industry
  • 90% of the job will be spent on getting in touch with targets: Creative outreach is the name of the game
  • Implement a relentless follow-up strategy to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Book and conduct sales/closing calls
  • Managing relationships with premium creators once they are closed (in conjunction with Account Mgmt) - to leverage referral relationships
  • Work with design team to create collateral for outreach
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the team on competitive positioning and product needs

Qualifications

  • Experience in the fitness influencer/creator space
  • A passion for fitness/wellness
  • A personal Instagram account you can run outreach from is a huge plus
  • An existing network in the industry is a plus
  • Number of years of experience is less important than a passion for the space that will fuel your outreach efforts
