We serve thousands of creators—from personal trainers and yoga instructors to runners and college athletes—including some of the biggest names in the industry like Nick Bare and Mackenzie Wells. We're a fast-moving, remote-first team backed by $17M from investors who built companies like CAA, Uber, Product Hunt, and Giphy.

The Role

You'll partner directly with the COO to build Playbook's growth engine from the ground up. This is a highly impactful, execution-first role where you'll be our growth experimenter—testing, refining, and scaling the acquisition channels and growth loops that move the needle.

This isn't a role about managing teams or delegating work (today). It's about doing the work yourself, identifying the highest-impact opportunities, and running with them. You should enjoy wearing many hats, figuring things out quickly, and being part of a small, scrappy team that moves fast.

As you prove what works and drive real results, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own growth team.

What You'll Do

• Launch and own high-impact growth experiments

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record at early-stage startups

• True swiss army knife—you've run paid ads, built affiliate programs, created viral content, and aren't tied to yesterday's playbooks ;)

• Hands-on execution mindset—you ship fast and aren't afraid to get scrappy
