The Programmatic Consultant, Apprentice role is an exciting opportunity to start your career at the cutting edge of the programmatic landscape. In this position, you will support the management of campaigns while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and platforms. You'll work closely with our programmatic customers and internal teams to ensure the success of our campaigns and services. We move fast, and the ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adapt to new challenges, and grow within our dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full life cycle of programmatic campaigns (planning, activation, consultation)
  • Analyse reports and data to help provide performance insights to our customers
  • Support the setup and fulfilment of campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to KPIs
  • Learn and become proficient with our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
  • Collaborate with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations teams
  • Assist in the monthly revenue reconciliation process

Requirements

  • Strong mathematical skills and keen attention to detail
  • A strategical thinker with a keen ability for data analyses
  • A competent communicator and innovative thinker
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in the digital advertising ecosystem, especially Video
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong project and time management abilities
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and technical environment
