As a Measurement Science Associate, you will play a critical role in this mission — helping shape the future of what types of metrics the world's leading brands use to make media decisions. You'll work alongside a global team of Measurement Partners, Analysts, and Insights professionals to help execute measurement reports, automate recurring operational requests, and explore Samba data to surface unique, non-obvious, and previously undiscovered media intelligence. Measurement Science is a cross-functional organization, and this role will have the opportunity to collaborate with Samba's Engineering, Technology, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, all in the service of our customers.
What You'll Do
Support the execution of measurement studies across brand and performance advertisers
Identify and automate recurring requests or repeatable tasks to improve team efficiency
Assist in the design, execution, and QA of TV measurement studies
Analyze viewership, exposure, and outcome data to generate client-ready insights and reporting
Support the development of reporting templates, measurement frameworks, and methodology documentation
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Data Science, and Client Success teams to deliver on client KPIs
Stay current on industry measurement methodologies, currency standards, and best practices
Contribute to internal tools and processes that improve measurement efficiency and scale
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)
Comfort working with data — SQL, Python, or R exposure preferred
Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented with a passion for turning numbers into stories
Interest in media measurement, TV attribution, or marketing analytics
