Registered Dental Hygienist – New York (Downtown Brooklyn)

We're scaling Wally across NYC, and we're looking for RDHs who want to practice at the top of their scope and help us build something big!

Here's the reality: You're trained to do more than polish teeth. At Wally, you will. You'll deliver care through Guided Biofilm Therapy, educate patients on prevention, and make clinical decisions that matter. You're the key player, not supporting cast.

And you won't do it alone. You'll be part of a growing team reshaping preventive care across NYC. We'll invest in you from day one—GBT certification, Curodont certification, ongoing training from experienced clinicians. You'll learn, grow, and help shape how Wally shows up across the city.

The Clinical Environment

• Hygiene-Centric: Our practice is built around the principles of hygiene and prevention.
• Advanced Techniques & Comprehensive Training: We'll certify you to practice Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) powered by EMS and other minimally invasive treatments like Curodont.
• Modern Tools: Work with 3D scanning and AI-supported diagnostics in a streamlined digital workflow.
• Clear Standards: Practice with modern tools and established clinical standards that enhance patient care.
