Registered Dental Hygienist – Philadelphia

We're launching Wally in Philadelphia, and we're looking for RDHs who want to practice at the top of their scope, and help us build something big!

Here's the reality: You're trained to do more than polish teeth. At Wally, you will. You'll deliver care through Guided Biofilm Therapy, educate patients on prevention, and make clinical decisions that matter. You're the key player, not supporting cast.

And you won't do it alone. You'll be part of the team that will launch this new standard of preventive care in Philadelphia. We'll invest in you from day one—GBT certification, Curodont certification, ongoing training from experienced clinicians. You'll learn, grow, and help shape how Wally shows up in your community.

• Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) – the gold standard in preventive care
• Non-invasive treatments like Curodont
• Patient education that builds trust and prevents disease
• Collaborate with a team that respects your clinical judgment
• Help launch and shape the Wally Philadelphia experience
